fair play fragments

07/12/'09

Let the opponents score in fair play: it doesn’t happens every day. The Italians from 2nd division did it. The defenders of guest team Ascoli gave Reggina’s top player Pagano a free goal. Ascoli had scored first but it happened when a Reggina player lies hurt on the ground. They had asked to shoot the ball out. 2 Ascoli-attackers didn’t hear it and scored a goal. The players off Regina were mad about this. To calm down, the Ascoli defenders did nothing to avoid the scoring of Pagano.

The project

The project aims to promote and disseminate honest and constructive behaviour in sport, through creative and responsible participation of all actors. The project proposal does not aim to find "champions for the bench", or exacerbate the competitive spirit in sport, but requires the involvement of students, coordinated by the group of teachers, in a work of analysis and study of behaviour in the correct team.
The main purpose of the project is to encourage students in creative thinking in order to give them a moment of reflection and change their ideas. The attention in this project is directed to the game more known and practiced among students:thegame of football. The focus of the project will be to analyse the behavior in team sports and guide students through careful reflection, the implementation of a Ten play fair.
The route of the students will develop through two major stages: imagine a world without violence in sport, by creating a Decalogue, innovate or give to others thinking built.
The pupils, as in a logbook, write their impressions in a blog created specifically for the project.
